Your client’s brand is very important to them, and using our Client Branding package will help strengthen the relationship between you and your client. A client branded advert speaks a thousand words and immediately transports the candidate to a different place, helping to also increase the application response.

Q. We have multiple branches and are looking structure the buying of our job boards

A.

With our Media Buying service you will have a dedicated account manager to carry out a health check on your existing job board spend and future requirements. You will be allocated a single point of contact for all job board queries and all job board relationships will be managed centrally by us. You will receive one invoice a month which combines all your online spend and will benefit from ongoing evaluation and management of job board performance together with management information to inform and underpin future buying decisions.

Michelle delivered advertising training at our office in May. Michelle really explained the importance of formatting the adverts to suit different job boards and gave us a template to follow as well as thinking about the company we are recruiting for, their selling points and key words to capture as many potential candidates as possible. The following week after the training, I took a specialist vacancy for a client in a new geographical area so advertising was essential for this position. I followed the clear format that Michelle had provided in the training and also followed her advice on the most suitable time to post a job advert to get the best response. With this being the first time I’d used this format I was interested to see the difference in applications and I was so pleased with the result!

I received over 70 applications, however 90% of these candidates had relevant experience to the role which resulted in me shortlisting down to 4 candidates to interview and then a final shortlist of 2 candidates to present to the client. Both candidates were selected for an assessment day and were then selected for the final interview stage. They were competing against two other candidates and I’m pleased to say one of my candidates was offered the role! Our client commented on how impressed they were with the advert we’d put together (it made them want to apply themselves!!!) and they also said our candidates really stood out from the other candidates they’d reviewed for the role.

After competing with 3 other agencies and their own recruitment methods in a geographical area we haven’t recruited in before, this could’ve been a very difficult role to fulfill.
