Happy 2015 from us all at Candidate Source. We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and New Year!

2014 saw the beginning of us travelling the UK and throwing ourselves into a mixture of Recruitment Exhibitions. Frank made a grand appearance himself at the Recruitment Expo in London and Birmingham, The Global Recruiter, The TEAM Conference and The JobPost. These were all great experiences and we also got the chance to finally put a lot of faces to names! We were also joined by Barnaby’s and their vintage ice cream trike, at many of the exhibitions. This went down a storm. Did you get the chance to try any of the different ice cream flavours? Our personal favourite was the Salted Caramel mmm!

The 9th of June brought a new member to our team, Alanna! Alanna is one of our Administrators and is really enjoying getting to know our clients and services inside and out.

Late September brought us the launch of our new, very eye catching website, thanks to the super talented creative agency Warm & Fuzzy.  We thought it was really important for our website to reflect our personalities and to give potential clients an idea of what we are like at Candidate Source, so a revamp was the way forward.

Have you had a peek yet? We are very pleased with our new site, but don’t take our word for it, head over and have a nose yourself at all the creative things we can now do, it even surprised us! Make sure you also check out our Who we are section and Frank’s World.

We rounded up 2014 with Laura’s 10 Years of Service and a celebratory meal at The Crazy Bear in Beaconsfield. This was a total surprise for Laura and a perfect way to show our appreciation for all her hard work over the last 10 years. The afternoon was full of champagne, food, cocktails and even a few tears! We also presented Laura with a 5 day trip to Dubai, Ladies day at Ascot, a huge bunch of flowers and some lovely cards.

And breathe…!

2015 is already starting to look like it is going to be a jam packed year!

• 6th March 2015 – 9am – TEAM National Networking Conference, Whittlebury Hall

Laura will also be celebrating her 30th birthday in February. We wonder what wonderful surprises will be heading her way! She already has a holiday to Las Vegas and Dubai booked, so will definitely be celebrating this year in style!

Frank’s travel map is starting to fill up! He followed us on many holidays during 2014 and will be in 2015 as well. Lucky Frank! Don’t forget to send us any pictures of Frank on his travels with yourselves over the year and we will add them to our gallery.
