Our Team

We’re an experienced team of online recruitment marketers. But we’ve been in your shoes too – so we understand the pressure and demands on a recruitment consultant. We have a unique skillset that means we can precisely write (or rewrite) your adverts to maximise job board exposure and appeal to the right candidates.

To complete the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), we will filter the response to ensure you get the role filled with the very best candidate.

Michelle Davies

Michelle is our founder and looks after our sales, consultant training and credit control. Michelle has worked in recruitment for over 15 years and there’s nothing she doesn’t know about the business. In fact, she’s the one who discovered that start-up businesses and small agencies needed help with attracting candidates.

Laura Carroll

Laura has been with us from the beginning.  She works with the account managers at the job boards to build strong relationships with them.  She looks after the job board group deals, monitoring the existing spend and helping with future requirements.  Beyond CSL’s four walls, you can find her shopping, socialising or in a sunny destination on holiday.

Amy Kelly

Amy has been with us since the start and loves to chat to recruiters to offer advice on candidate attraction she is also the one responsible for our marketing and keeps Frank in check! Outside of CSL Amy loves to travel, listen to live music and is also a bit of a foodie enjoying to cook and eat pretty much anything!

Courtney Hearne

Courtney joined our team in 2017, her role is an administrator and she will post and monitor your jobs on a daily basis (and sift when required).

Tom Wickstead

Tom is the youngest member of the team and works on developing the business as well as advising new and existing customers on the best way to attract candidates. Outside of CSL Tom enjoys socialising with friends, listening to music and watching sport.
