If you are a new client and would like to use our applicant tracking system, please complete the fields below to open your account.  

Our applicant tracker will allow you to:

  • Submit a new vacancy to be written, advertised and filtered;
  • Send instruction to repost a previous vacancy;
  • View vacancies advertised through the Ad Hoc Service, the date advertised, date of expiry and the number of applications received;
  • View candidate applications by vacancy including any attachments sent by the candidate;
  • Mark the candidate as contact, forward or decline;
  • Email the candidate.

It also includes a communication system which includes:

  • Any messages sent to you from our account managers;
  • A document centre;
  • Your invoices.
