Michelle is our founder and looks after our sales, consultant training and credit control. Michelle has worked in recruitment for 14 years so there’s nothing she doesn’t know about the business. In fact, she’s the one who discovered that start up businesses and small agencies needed help with attracting candidates.

Alex is the youngest member of our team. She joined in October 2011 from an online ad we posted – proof they even work for us! Her role is as an administrator – posting, writing and sifting jobs on a daily basis. She’s a gym-lover who enjoys a spot of photography and indulging in her passion for travelling.

Luke has been with us since 2013 and he’s a staple part of the furniture. He’s one of the team who maintains relationships with our current clients – so he’s always around with great advice. Luke also helps source new business. Outside of office time he’s a bit of a sports buff – he has a particular affection for the beautiful game.

Alanna is one of our administrators and is really enjoying getting to know our clients inside and out. She is the freshest face in our team having started with us in June 2014. Alanna isn’t a tea drinker – which is unusual for our office. When she’s not working, she loves to spend her time socialising, shopping and playing sports.
